木造３階建て30坪に５人のための住居とアトリエを設計した。１階はアトリエ、寝室、そして水廻りの個室を配置し、２階は家族が集う食卓と居間、３階は子どもの空間・寝床として屋根裏のように設計した。狭小住宅であるが、多趣味な居住者の本や物を見せながら収納できるように階段脇に最上階までの本棚を計画し、それらで空間を緩やかに仕切っている。居住空間は本や物の存在感があらわれるように、白を基調とした漆喰仕上げとしている。

We designed a residence and studio for five people in a three-story wooden building with an area of 98.4m2. The first floor houses the studio, bedrooms, and private rooms with a bathroom, while the second floor is the dining room and living room where the family gathers, and the third floor is designed like an attic and is used as a space and sleeping area for the children. Although it is a small house, we planned to install bookshelves that reach all the way to the top floor beside the stairs so that the residents, who have many hobbies, can store and display their books and possessions, and these gently divide the space. The living space has a white plaster finish that highlights the presence of the books and possessions.
