農村風景が広がる敷地に「生パスタ工房」と「農家レストラン」を計画した。ここでは周辺で生産されたお米や野菜を加工し、米粉パスタを主としたイタリア家庭料理を提供している。外壁の杉板張りは地元産の富栖杉を伐採、製材し、林業とも協力しながら地域の活性化を目指している。農村風景に寄り添う住宅のような、地域の食卓になってほしいと願う。

A “raw-pasta workshop” and a “farmer’s restaurant” were planned in a site where rural scenery spreads fully. In this restaurant, rice and vegetables harvested in the area are processed to offer an italian home-cooking mainly based on rice flour pasta.The wooden boards of the exterior walls are locally produced cedar; lumbered, sawed and forested in cooperation, which help to revitalize the area.Planned as a house to bring the rural scenery closer, it hopes to become the town’s “the dining table”.
